History
For more than a decade, Aaron Capps practiced construction law in North Texas for some of the preeminent boutique firms in the area. During that time, he served as counsel to many of the largest and most successful developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in the industry, negotiating over $1 billion in construction contracts and successfully navigating them through their litigation issues.
Growing up in Mesquite, Texas, Aaron worked a variety of odd jobs over the years. In high school, he worked as a waiter, cashier, as well as a cook at a local dirt racetrack from the time he was legally permitted to work. While doing so, he also worked hard on the football field, which led to him receiving a full-ride scholarship to Louisiana Tech University. There, he served as team captain from his freshman through his senior year, and he continued to dedicate himself to developing his skills on and off the field. It was during this period in his life that he also began to learn about the construction industry, working as a cabinet installer over the summer. After graduating, he continued to work in the construction industry, and eventually found himself graduating from law school with a job at a local construction law firm.
Aaron proceeded to dedicate himself to learning as much as he could about the construction industry and the laws that apply. With that knowledge serving as his foundation, Aaron launched this firm with the goal of becoming the preeminent construction law firm in Texas with an eye eventually on the nation.
