Anna Justice

Associate

Anna joined C&A as an Associate in 2023. She is passionate about helping clients understand and navigate the legal process and enjoys advocating on their behalf. She is experienced in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Anna’s practice currently focuses on representation of clients in all areas of the construction industry, including owners, developers, general contractors, and sureties. In addition, she has experience with professional liability matters representing architects, engineers, and real estate brokers.

During her time in law school, Anna was a member of a variety of student organizations and served as President of the Student Bar Association during her 3L year. Her tenure as President helped her develop a proficiency in effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Anna also gained valuable hands-on experience through SMU’s Corporate Counsel Legal Externship program, where she worked for an international corporation. She also participated in the Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes Against Women, where she represented and advocated for survivors. Additionally, Anna has undertaken a diverse range of internships, encompassing roles from in-house counsel to representing personal injury plaintiffs.

Outside of work Anna enjoys traveling to new places and trying new restaurants. Anna also loves cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks and any excuse to get an iced coffee.
