Flannery joined C&A as an associate in 2026. Flannery is enthusiastic about understanding and advocating for every client’s individual needs. They enjoy creative problem solving and resolving issues. Flannery currently focuses on liens, demands, and a variety of litigation matters.

Throughout law school Flannery focused on Intellectual Property, enjoying the identification and unraveling of intricacies that underpin each dispute. This dedication to detail is something they bring to each construction issue.

Flannery gained valuable experience advocating for clients in the Trademark and Copyright Clinic at Texas A&M School of Law. Working to protect the property of others requires a dedicated and thorough mindset.

Flannery is very excited to utilize their skills to assist C&A clients in supporting and representing construction cases.

Outside of work, Flannery enjoys cooking, building LEGO, watching a fight break out at a hockey game, and playing Dungeons and Dragons with good friends. Roll for initiative!
